As a type of crushing equipment, the basic principle of
Internal grading type crusher is to achieve internal classification of materials while crushing. Different from traditional crushers, Internal grading type crushers not only complete the crushing task, but also classify the crushed materials according to size through the internal classification mechanism to achieve precise material control.
The internal grading mechanism mainly consists of three parts: grading screen, grading spiral and adjustment system. These components work together to ensure that materials are accurately graded during the crushing process.
Classification screen: The classification screen is usually located at the discharge port of the crusher and is equipped with screen holes of different specifications. During the passage of materials, preliminary classification is achieved through appropriate sieve holes according to the size of the particles.
Classification spiral: The classification spiral is located below the classification screen, and its function is to further finely classify materials according to size. Through the rotation of the spiral, the material moves forward under the push of the spiral, while large particles and small particles are subject to varying degrees of resistance, thereby achieving re-classification.
Adjustment system: The adjustment system is a key component of the internal grading mechanism, and its role is to adjust the grading process according to actual needs. Through the adjustment system, operators can accurately control the fineness and speed of grading according to production requirements to adapt to the processing needs of different materials.
When the Internal grading type crusher is working, the material first passes through the crushing chamber, and is broken into smaller particles under the action of mechanical force in the crushing chamber. Subsequently, these particles enter the scope of the classification screen and classification spiral through the discharge port.
Primary classification: Under the action of the classification screen, larger particles are screened out, while smaller particles pass through the screen and enter the processing stage of the classification spiral.
Fine classification: The classification spiral further separates particles according to size. Due to the design of the spiral, the material forms a classified state under the action of the spiral. Large particles are pushed to one side of the machine body, while small particles move forward along the spiral channel.
The classification mechanism of the Internal grading type crusher brings many advantages:
Precise control: The internal grading mechanism makes the crushing process more precise, reducing the generation of oversized or undersized particles and improving product quality and consistency.
Energy efficiency improvement: Through reasonable grading, energy waste is reduced, energy efficiency ratio is improved, and production costs are reduced.
